Arctic White Board & Batten

The owners of this beautiful Colonial home wanted to update their original wood siding. Woodpeckers were making a nuisance of themselves and making holes in the siding! Our homeowners wanted to explore their options for a durable siding material, while adding beauty to their curb appeal.

After discussing their options with our Project Consultant, they of course chose James Hardie Fiber Cement siding. It is durable and long lasting, not to mention virtually maintenance free! They decided to go with the Board and Batten vertical siding on the front elevation of the home, which is very popular now. The other sides of the home were to be sided using James Hardie’s horizontal lap. All siding and trim materials were to be white, with new dark gutters.

The new siding and gutters on this home give it a very updated look. And the best part for these home owners is that the woodpeckers will be moving on to find their meals elsewhere!
