Cape Cod with Hardie Dormers

Not every homeowner is looking for a completely new look for their home. Some homeowners absolutely love the appearance of their home exactly as it is! So when the realization hits that they need to replace siding on their home, often times they look for a replacement product that is of high quality but will maintain the look of their home.

The owner of this mostly brick Cape Cod style home needed the vinyl siding replaced on the gables and dormers. The vinyl was old and was no longer protecting the house. The customer opted to replace it with the ever popular James Hardie fiber cement siding in classic Arctic White to maintain the look of the home.

This was a small and fast-moving project and was completed in two days. Not only was the siding and trim replaced, but new weather wrap and fascia were also installed.
