Charlotte Bungalow in Gray Slate

This cute bungalow in Charlotte, North Carolina had vinyl siding and a single window that needed replacing. It is a “forever home” for these homeowners and they wanted to upgrade the exterior to make sure they could spend many maintenance-free and worry-free years in this home.

Not confident on color choice, these homeowners made use of our Home Visualizer. They knew James Hardie fiber cement siding was the way to go, so after experimenting with a number of color options, they settles on Gray Slate with Arctic White trim. The homeowners wanted us to create a new window opening and install one of Simonton’s Reflections 5050 vinyl windows.

The siding removal process went off without a hitch, and our crew very quickly was able to wrap the house with weather barrier and install the new James Hardie siding and trim. The new window opening was created and the window installed!

This forever home now has a beautiful, functional exterior. Our homeowners couldn’t be happier!
