Old Masonite Replaced with Mastic Vinyl

This cute home nestled into the town of Candler, NC, was a great starter home for these homeowners. However, when they contacted Hatch Homes, they knew that they were going to put the house on the market soon. 

They knew they would need to do some exterior renovations, to help improve the curb appeal, as well as increase their return on investment in this property. 

After speaking to the homeowners about their budget, and goals, we knew that Mastic Vinyl siding manufactured by Plygem, was going to be the best material for them. 

After going through our online estimating approach, seeing samples in person, they were ready to hire out company for the job. The homeowners electronically signed their proposal in August of 2020. Our team started and completed their project in October of 2020. Now this home is ready to be put onto the real estate market.
