This white farmhouse colonial in Saluda, North Carolina had old, inferior vinyl siding. The owners wanted to upgrade to fiber cement and give it a fresh new look.
They made use of our Home Visualizer and after much thought decided to go with James Hardie siding in Timber Bark with Arctic White trim. Going with the farmhouse feel, they opted for a combination of Board and Batten and horizontal lap siding. Updated board and batten vinyl shutters and black doors completed the look.
Once the demo process began, our crew did find damaged OSB sheathing and framing under the old vinyl. They replaced the bad sheathing a framing, wrapped the house with weather barrier, and then installed the new siding, trim, shutters, and gutters.
These homeowners are thrilled with their new look!
