Project Description
This lovely Arden, NC home built in the 1990’s was in need of a big update. These homeowners were starting to see some issues with the original wooden windows & siding, which is normal for homes around this age. Rather than waiting until they started noticing significant moisture damage or structural problems, they decided to get ahead of the aging home exterior and take the leap on a full remodel with Hatch! And they are so glad they did.
Our team installed over 20 brand new Andersen 100 series windows, with a matching sliding glass patio door. Additionally, we removed the original wood siding and replaced it with the breathtaking Deep Ocean Hardie lap. Of course, no full exterior replacement could be complete without trim, soffit, fascia, and gutters to match!
These homeowners designed their all new exterior to be cohesive, vibrant, and – most importantly – more durable than ever before.
