This Mooresville, North Carolina exterior renovation started out like so many do. The home’s original Masonite siding was starting to disintegrate on the wall. The homeowners knew that the siding needed to be replaced, but were unsure what their first step should be. Their Home Owner’s Association mandated that James Hardie Siding is used for all siding replacement projects in the neighborhood. Next step: Find a contractor! However, this part of the process was particularly difficult for the property owners because their primary residence is in New Jersey.
After connecting with Hatch Homes through HomeAdvisor, our team walked the homeowners through the siding replacement process and partnered with them to deliver a beautiful new exterior. Through multiple computer consultations, we worked together to customize the new exterior by evaluating different color schemes and siding types. James Hardie’s Aged Pewter color was used in conjunction with HardieShingle accent pieces to transform the exterior. Hatch Homes specializes in renovations of Lake Norman lakeside properties, and we were proud to be selected as the siding replacement contractor for this Mooresville, NC home!
The house looks great! I have seen a few people stop to get number off the sign.
