Project Description
This 1964 brick and siding ranch was in need of a serious update. Previous owners had installed vinyl siding over their wood siding. The windows were original and were not operating properly.
Our customers wanted to update the exterior to add curb appeal while upgrading the siding. They opted for James Hardie fiber cement siding and trim. The horizontal plank would be Evening Blue while the trim would be Arctic White. They chose a high quality vinyl window, the 5500 Series by Simonton.
Once the demo began, very little rot or damage was found underneath. The sheathing and framing was in great shape, so after a few minor repairs, our crew installed the new siding and windows.
The transformation is now complete for updated ranch home.
