While fiber cement is a fantastic product, if not installed properly it will break down. James Hardie is the Gold Standard of fiber cement siding, and Hatch Homes is a certified contractor, so you know that projects performed by us will withstand the test of time.

The owners of this home had fiber cement siding that had nail pops coming through. The trim was also beginning to rot. In addition to the siding and trim, these owners wanted to replace about 10 windows on the home, giving it a completely updated look.

The home owners decided to take advantage of our Home Visualizer too to work out the design details. The opted to go with James Hardie horixontal lap fiber cement siding in Monterey taupe and trim in Arctic White. For the windows, they chose Andersen Windows and Doors’ 100-Series, which is a quality composite window at an excellent price point.

When the old siding was removed, there was very little sheathing or framing needing replacement, so our crew went straight to work. The updated siding in a fresh new color, and beautiful new windows gives this home new life!
