This 1988 home had the original Dutch lap vinyl siding when the homeowners contacted Hatch Homes. The siding was old, sagging and faded, in desperate need of replacement. The homeowners wanted to explore both premium vinyl and James Hardie fiber cement siding options for their project. Their roof also needed replacement as well as their gutters.
Our customers met with out project consultant and made some preliminary decisions for their home, but needed help finalizing the overall design. They made use of our Home Visualizer service and were able to see the different siding and roof options on a photograph of their home. They ended up choosing James Hardie fiber cement in Light Mist, combining both horizontal lap and Board and Batten siding profiles. They also chose a gray asphalt roof and white gutters.
They wanted to add a little more interest to the front of their home and decided to install a beautiful ledgestone veneer. This house has great curb appeal and we are very proud of the work done here. The homeowners are thrilled with the result!
