James Hardie Dream Collection Burly Brown

The owner of this home in Nebo, North Carolina had a warranty claim with James Hardie. The existing siding was not installed properly and was therefore not performing as it should. After speaking to the James Hardie representative, she was referred to Hatch Homes.

The home was in need of a full siding replacement. Our customer liked the horizontal plank siding but wanted to go with a richer brown tone than was was previously installed. She chose a color from the James Hardie ColorPlus Dream Collection, Burly Brown. She matched her smooth trim to the plank siding for seamless integration. She opted to have our team paint her soffit and fascia, porch ceiling, and porch columns in matching Burly Brown. Her home was also in need of new gutters, so our team installed those for her as well.

This gorgeous home is now (almost) as beautiful as the views!
