Not every lead that we receive comes from a Google search or by word of mouth. In fact, as members of the James Hardie Contractor Alliance Program, we receive leads from the manufacturer too. This was the case for this Darlington, SC home. Due to their location, the homeowners were having difficulty finding a qualified James Hardie installer, so they turn to the manufacturer for help. This is where they learned about Hatch Homes.
As you will see in the images, this beautiful home is not entirely brick, as it has quite a bit of siding on it. The homeowners expressed to our team that they wanted to replace the masonite siding after the roofing portion of their home was replaced. Our team explained how our estimating process worked, and the homeowners were ready to give it a try. Once the photos were captured through the Hover App, our team had the measurements we needed to create a proposal for their exterior project. After providing the homeowners with their quote, some time passed by, and we heard back from the homeowners, who wanted to see what it would cost to replace 4 windows on the front of their home. Our team was happy to help.
A month or so passed by before hearing back from them, and when we did, we found out they were ready to move forward with Hatch Homes. We started the demo process at the beginning of September and completed our portion of the work, just in time for the busy Holiday Season.
