Project Description
This 1.5 story home in Asheville, North Carolina had significant pest damage. Insects just loved its wood siding! The home was built in 1985 and the siding was original. The homeowner wanted to remove all of the wood and replace it with something pest-resistant.
After consulting with our Project manager the homeowner decided to go with James Hardie Fiber Cement siding. Utilizing Hatch Homes’ Design Visualizing Tool, the customer was able to choose her siding profile and color without hesitation! She went with James Hardie’s ColorPlus Horizontal Lap siding in Mountain Sage. For her trim she chose Navajo Beige. She also wanted her soffits and porch ceiling done in Hardie materials, and chose the color Simply Beige for those applications.
What a gorgeous update! The Mountain Sage color is so fresh. And better yet, no pests!
