Project Description
This house stood neglected and vacant for over a year. The new homeowners saw its potential and decided to take advantage of our interest-free financing to give this house a full scale exterior renovation. From siding to gutters to roofing and windows, this home was getting a facelift!
There were two layers of old siding – vinyl over wood – that needed to be removed. The homeowners decided to go with James Hardie Color Plus siding in Deep Ocean. They chose Arctic White as their trim color. In addition to siding, they wanted to replace a back door with a Simonton bay window. They also replaced their front door with a PlastPro door. Roofing was redone using architectural asphalt shingles and gutters were replaced.
The result is truly stunning. This once neglected house is now a well-loved home and ready for memories to be made inside.
