Cracking Siding Gets Replaced on New Home

Hatch Homes was contacted by a few homeowners in the Trillium Neighborhood of Moorseville, NC, back in July of 2020. Many of them had recently discovered that the exterior on their 5-year-old houses were cracking, falling, etc., so they wanted an expert’s opinion on why this was happening. 

Our team became familiar with this neighborhood quickly, after many phone calls from their other neighbors, who were looking to have their siding repaired or replaced. Our team was happy to provide them with a siding inspection report so that they could file warranty claims with their original siding manufactures. Many neighbors were in different phases of their warranty claim process, while this specific home’s owner had already received a response from the warranty department. With the money they received, they were ready to replace the two worst sides and have the house painted to refresh the exterior. 

Our team put together a proposal for the work they wanted performed, and after they electronically signed the contract, our team came in to perform the work. The whole process from start to finish was roughly 1 week. Now the homeowners can finally enjoy their newly built house for many years to come.
