Rental Remodel in Boone

Having a rental property is a great investment for many Carolinians, especially in the Boone and Blowing Rock areas. In order to keep a steady income from the property, the homeowners of course must keep the property up to standard!

This customer came to us needing to replace the old, original hardboard wood siding on this rental property. He did not notice any moisture issues or damage to the existing siding, but he knew it was only a matter of time. With an eye toward budget, our Project Consultant discussed the different siding options with the homeowner and they landed on Mastic Vinyl siding. It is an affordable choice that will definitely improve the curb appeal of the house. The customer chose the color Everest, which is a light gray with blue undertones.

Our crew got to work removing the old siding and installing the new vinyl siding. The customer also asked that we wrap the existing window trim in aluminum, which we gladly did. This rental is picture perfect for its next guests in picturesque Boone, NC.
