The owners of this home were referred to us by their local James Hardie representative. One side of the home had been previously damaged in a bad storm and had been resided in fiber cement boards. Unfortunately, there was water damage to much of the rest of the house which prevented the owners from residing the entire house at the same time. After the necessary repairs were completed, they contacted Hatch Homes to get a quote for the work.
These customers did their due diligence and requested quotes from a number of siding companies. One thing they found was that none of the companies would provide a detailed quote breaking out all the costs associated with the job. One thing that sets Hatch Homes apart from most other contractors is that we provide an itemized quote to our potential customers, with very transparent pricing. These homeowners appreciated our approach and hired us for their job.
It was decided that the old vinyl siding on the remaining sides of the home would be removed and replaced with James Hardie horizontal lap. Because we needed to match the newer siding color, we went with the primed boards and would paint them to match after they were installed. The homeowners also chose Arctic White trim for the accent. Our homeowners provided new double doors that needed installation on the back of the home, so we took care of that for them as well!
After the installation and painting was completed, the house has a seamless, uniform look!
