Stunner in Lake Lure

For many, finding a highly rated contractor is of the utmost importance. Great resources are Houzz, Home Advisor and Angie’s List, to name a few. The owners of this home in the woods of Lake Lure resorted to Angie’s List where they found the highly rated Hatch Homes.

This home had a ton of potential but needed a little help. The original wood siding was not properly maintained and was damaged by the elements, insects and birds. the owners wanted to replace it with durable and maintenance-free James Hardie fiber cement siding.

The homeowners made great use of the Home Visualizer tool and Design Consultations that Hatch Homes offers. They wanted a complete transformation of the home, including windows. After experimenting with different color options and profiles, they landed on a combination of Hardie horizontal lap and Board & Batten in Evening Blue. The chose Iron Gray trim and Andersen 100-series windows with black frames.
