The Same, Only Better!

The owners of this home love everything about the exterior and weren’t looking to change the look. They discovered rot issues with their current siding and realized that they needed to upgrade for the sake of the home. The came to Hatch Homes looking to find a siding option that would give them a very similar look to what they currently had, but that would protect the home, both inside and out.

After conferring with our Project Consultant, the homeowners decided to go with James Hardie fiber cement siding. One of their products was an almost exact match to their current exterior! The decided to go with James Hardie’s ColorPlus horizontal lap siding with a 7″ exposure in the color Woodland Cream, from their Dream Collection. Since all of the trim was in excellent shape, they did not need to replace it.

So the home they love is just as it was, but only better!
