James Hardie referred this homeowner to us in regards to obtaining a quote on residing his house. It is an early 60s brick-front ranch with the majority of the siding being board and batten which, as far as the homeowner could tell, was original to the home. He was interested in replacing the wood with James Hardie and adding house wrap.
After meeting with our team and discussing the material options, this homeowner decided to use a combination of James Hardie siding profiles and colors to achieve a very unique look for his home. The main structure of the house would be sided in vertical Board & Batten in Mountain Sage, the trim was to be in Cobblestone, and the gables were to be sided with a straight-edge shingle in Heathered Moss. Our team was to also wrap the home in house wrap and install new brown colors to complement the new siding colors.
