Vinyl Makeover

The owner of this home was looking to update the exterior without breaking the bank. She was happy with the performance of her previous vinyl siding and wanted to replace it with something similar. She was interested in updating the color to something more modern.

Our customer decided to go with a very high quality vinyl siding made by Mastic. She chose Ovation horizontal lap in the color Scottish Thistle. She kept all the trim white, and asked that we install a new vinyl porch ceiling, also in white. A single window in the garage needed replacement, so she opted for the Lansing 40 Series.

The homeowner had to coordinate to remove the solar panels from her home before we were able to work on the dormers of the house, but installation went very smoothly! Our happy customer has a high quality vinyl exterior for her home that with the proper care and maintenance, will protect her home well into the future.
